Exchange Policy

Please note that the merchandise must be returned unworn with tags.

Please contact us directly at info@volleyball.ca for the return address.

In your email, please indicate the return reason (defective, wrong product/size sent or wrong product/size ordered). Please also indicate clearly the new size you would require.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost if you have ordered the wrong product, size, or would like an exchange. If the product is defective or we have sent the wrong product or size then we will pay for the return shipping cost. We will ship the new items once we have received the returned items at our office. For a quicker exchange service, you could send us the receipt/proof of your return shipping via email. Once received, we can send out your exchange immediately.

Refund Policy

Once the items have arrived, Volleyball Canada will issue a full refund within a 90 day policy. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to pay for the charges of shipping the items back, unless the items are defective or the buyer was sent wrong product/size.

What is the delivery timeline on orders?

Please allow us 1 - 5 business days to fulfill your order, and 3 - 7 business days for delivery, depending on the service you choose at checkout.

Sizing of referee polo shirt

The polo shirts follow pretty standard sizing. If you usually buy a medium in any other store, that’s probably the size of a referee polo shirt that would suit you best.

Should I provide a P.O. Box address or a physical street address for shipping?

You should always provide a physical street address. If you choose your order to be shipped via Purolator, they will not ship to a P.O. Box. If you provide us with a P.O. Box address, we will have to get in touch with you to obtain a street address before we can send out your order, which lengthens the delivery process.

Why was additional payment collected at the point of delivery?

Applies to International shipments only - Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or the shipping charges. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Why so long delivery when the shipping option specified otherwise?

The shipping option and charges generated by the system are based on Canada Post services and are according to the shipping destination of each order. While it may show up as a 2 day transit for an order, we do our best to pack and send out every order as quickly as possible, but the mentioned delivery timeline does not take into consideration that we have to put the order together as well as many others.
